Quality Inspector -Electrical

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Inspector to join our Assembly Center team. This critical role is responsible for conducting thorough inspections of assembly operations to ensure compliance with rigorous quality standards throughout. In the event of quality-related issues, the inspector will take prompt action based on root cause analysis and structured problem-solving techniques.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality inspection for electrical enclosures or panels, a keen eye for detail, and strong interpersonal skills for engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. 

•      Reviewing and interpreting schematics and assembly drawings to verify product conformance to specifications.

•      Conducting thorough inspections of assembly operations to ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards.

•      Documenting inspection findings, generating quality reports, and recommending corrective actions as necessary.

•      Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite to manage documentation, track inspection data, and communicate findings.

•      Collaborating with production, engineering, and management teams to address and resolve quality issues.

•      Communicating inspection results and quality concerns to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

•      Maintaining a safe and organized work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

•      Providing support to the Quality Council and Quality Management team as needed.

What you Bring 

•      Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent professional background preferred.

•      Knowledge about EN/ISO standards (9001, 14001 and 45001) is considered an advantage. 

•      Previous experience in a quality inspection or similar role within a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.

•      Strong technical understanding of drawings, component specifications, and operations within assembly centers.

•      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

•      Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate across various departments in multicultural environments, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•      Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

•      English language proficiency 

•      Data analytic skills to identify potential issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.

•      Capability to stand for long periods and climb ladders (less than 6 feet) during inspection activities.
