Quality Inspector II (2nd Shift)

• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure product compliance
• Complete First Article Inspections (FAI) and customer certification requirements
• Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T per ASME Y14.5
• Use measurement tools and equipment (including CMM) to verify tolerances
• Support production teams in maintaining ISO 9001 / AS9100 / ISO13485 standards
• Inspect incoming parts from outside vendors
• Train and mentor junior inspectors and support team development
• Assist with audits, compliance efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives

• 5+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong GD&T knowledge (ASME Y14.5)
• Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
• Experience with measurement tools and inspection equipment (CMM preferred)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or ISO13485 standards
• Experience with systems such as Mie Trak and SolidWorks preferred
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask
