Description:
Maintain day to day operations of the Quality Assurance department, including but not limited to: Receipt and acceptance of incoming bulk, finished goods, packaging materials and marketing material in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Maintain documentation of all quality reviews and inspections
Communicate quality issues internally to Quality manager and Quality Specialist
Maintain documentation and files for all quality system activities.
Investigate consumer complaints as required
