What You'll Do as a Quality Inspector

As a Quality Inspector, you play a critical role in helping us deliver products that meet high standards and exceed expectations. You'll inspect, measure, and document product quality to ensure every item leaving our floor meets industry specs and internal benchmarks.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and final products
• Using calipers, gauges, and other tools to check product specs
• Logging inspection results and reporting deviations or defects
• Partnering with production to communicate quality issues and suggest improvements
• Supporting quality control process development and documentation
• Participating in root cause analysis and helping implement corrective actions
• Staying current on industry standards and regulations

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with a great eye, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong work ethic.

Here’s what helps you stand out:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or quality control certification (a plus)
• Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred
• Familiarity with inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and reporting skills
• Able to collaborate and communicate with team members across departments
• Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset

Physical & Environmental Expectations

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
• Will be working on the production floor (loud noise, varying temps)
• Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout facility
• Required to wear PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.)
