Quality Lead
Summary
Millennium Print Group is seeking a QA Lead S3 to provide daily quality leadership and oversight on assigned production lines. This role is hands-on and floor-focused, ensuring quality standards, job specifications, and non-conformance processes are consistently followed while supporting smooth production flow. The QA Lead serves as a key liaison between QA Associates, Production, and Leadership to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely issue resolution.

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

What You’ll Do
Review production schedules and communicate daily quality priorities to QA team members
Coordinate case breaks during job changes to maintain continuous workflow
Review job jackets for QA sampling requirements and special instructions
Inspect operator samples throughout the shift and escalate quality concerns
Verify final QA checks prior to product release
Ensure accurate Non-Conformance Tracking (NCT) documentation
Identify and report mix-related or quality issues with complete details
Prepare and distribute daily quality rundown reports
Provide guidance and problem-solving support to QA Associates
Ensure compliance with QMS procedures, work instructions, ISO standards, and safety requirements
What You’ll Bring
High School Diploma or GED required
4+ years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Previous QA Lead or senior QA experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
Ability to read and apply job jackets, specifications, and work instructions
Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments
Ability to lead by example without direct supervisory authority
