Position Summary:
We are currently hiring a Quality Manager at the Fort Leonard Wood.
Shift: Full-Time Days: Monday-Friday Hours: 7a-3:30p, some nights, flexible to job demands Salary:$20.25
Typical Duties:
Reports to the Director of Quality.
Responsible for quality related to janitorial services, grounds and/or landscaping as required by location.
Oversees Quality Control instruction, inspection, and recordkeeping processes.
Inspections: using established inspection criteria and procedures and complete QC reports.
Audit: Observe crew members’ work performance; report quality and safety-related observations
Assures workers are aware of the contract requirements pertaining to work performance.
Provides training, quality issue updates, support and on-going feedback to site personnel.
Ensures compliance with the Quality Manual and the Quality Control Plan.
Ensure all QC audits are completed and entered into the QMS (Quality Management System) database for tracking, trending, and inspection
Identify fraud, waste, and abuse through Quality Management exercises. Report all suspicious actions to the Director of Quality. May participate in investigations of allegations utilizing audit techniques.
Develop partnerships with current and potential key contracting representatives, subcontractors, vendors and site occupants.
Develop appropriate communication methods, routine meetings, proactive preparation and reporting.
Conduct investigations and resolutions of customer complaints.
Evaluate the team for continual improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness. Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
3+ years of experience in contract specialty area (grounds maintenance, landscaping, janitorial, house keeping, food service).
Pass federal criminal background checks
Must pass various State and Federal registry checks.
Be at least 21 years or old and have a valid MO class E drivers license.
Pass driving background checks.
Company travel using a personal insured vehicle is required.
Computer: proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Must be able to walk for an extended period of time.
