We’re looking for a Manager, Quality to lead our quality function and ensure every piece of equipment that leaves our shop meets the highest standards in the industry. If you have deep knowledge of ASME code work and want to make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be your next move.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead quality assurance and control across the full lifecycle—from incoming material to final inspection
• Maintain and grow key certifications (ASME U-Stamp, NBIC R-Stamp, ISO 9001)
• Supervise inspections, NDE, welding programs, and calibration systems
• Drive root cause investigations and quality stand-downs
• Interface with inspectors, customers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues
• Develop and deliver training that elevates shop and office teams alike

Requirements

Bonus Points If You Have:

• AWS CWI and/or Level II NDE certification
• Experience leading QA/QC in ASME pressure vessel or pipe fabrication
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ERP systems, and fabrication drawings
