The Quality Manager oversees quality assurance and quality control activities for a specific product line. This role ensures that products meet internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations by implementing effective quality systems, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.\n\n * Develop and implement quality strategies for the assigned product line to ensure products meet company and customer quality expectations.\n * Align product quality objectives with overall company quality goals and strategic initiatives.\n * Lead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.\n * Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards).\n * Maintain accurate quality documentation to support internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections.\n * Plan, coordinate, and manage internal and external quality audits.\n * Investigate product quality issues, defects, and customer complaints to determine root causes.\n * Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.\n * Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and product management teams to drive quality improvements.\n * Establish product inspection standards and testing procedures to ensure consistent product performance.\n * Monitor production processes and quality metrics to ensure compliance with defined standards.\n * Analyze quality data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\n * Implement initiatives to reduce scrap, rework, and warranty claims.\n * Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, safety, and industry standards.\n * Serve as the primary quality interface with regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and external auditors.\n * Lead, mentor, and develop quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians.\n * Conduct training programs on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.\n * Promote a strong culture of quality, continuous improvement, and accountability across all departments.\n\n\n\nMinimum Requirements:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.\n * 5\u201310 years of experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or quality management roles.\n * Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with quality tools and methodologies, including FMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and 8D Root Cause Analysis (RCA).\n * Certified Lead Auditor with experience conducting internal and external quality audits.\n\n\n
