They are looking for a certified Concrete Quality Control Manager.
Duties:
- Oversee the schedule and execution of all QC activities.
- Ensure daily documentation for the Quality Control department are completed correctly and submitted. This includes maintaining list and schedule for all calibrations and certifications.
- Daily accountability of QC personnel.
- Ensure all testing is completed daily.
- Ensure all pre and post pour checks are completed and documented.
- Maintain an organized and clean office and lab.
- Manage customer relations regarding expected delivery schedules.
- Prepare and submit weekly QC score card and yardage report.
- Monitor and improve quality of raw materials and finished goods.
Skills
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Computer familiarity
- Understanding of MS Excel, Word, QC and batch software.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and accurately measure and assess forms and products.
- Have a desire to learn and apply the Company Values and Core Principals of C&M
Certifications
- NPCA PQS Level 1
- ACI Concrete Field Testing Level 1
- ACI Aggregate Testing Level 1
- ACI Concrete Strength Testing
- PCI Level 1- harder
$75,000 - $90,000 a year
