Quality Officer

We are looking for a full-time Quality Officer to undertake the overseeing of regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and professional standards across a portfolio of affordable housing properties. 

This position requires a strong knowledge of various regulatory agency regulations (LIHTC, Rural Development, and/or HUD) along with proven professional experience in all aspects of property management.

  • supervise Team of Leadership individuals
  
  
  
  
  
  
  • lead and oversee regulatory inspection processes and readiness across all affordable housing sites.
  
  
  • Supervise and support members of the leadership team to ensure consistency and accountability in performance.
  
  
  • Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
  
  
  • Create, update, and implement policies and procedures to support compliance and operational excellence.
  
  
  • Conduct financial reviews and analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings or performance improvement.
  
  
  •  Perform on-site inspections throughout the state of Missouri to assess property conditions, compliance, and staff performance.
  
  
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of NSPIRE regulations and ensure proper implementation at the property level.
  
  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support training, performance tracking, and corrective action plans.

We are seeking a key member to our team that understands the importance of attendance, time management, self-directing, organization, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Nights/Weekends on Emergency 

Salary: $40,000 to $53,000 per year, Depends On Experience 

Work Location: Hybrid of Home Office, On-site, and On The Road
