About the Role

As a Quality Operator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the quality department, including inspection, the CMM Lab, and Calibration. You will be a resource for our quality team while staying aligned with our core values: Great People, Going Beyond, and Growing.

What You’ll Do

• Blueprint Interpretation and Inspection
• Operate automated inspection equipment, hand tools, and instruments to inspect machined products for imperfections and ensure quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints and proficiently to ensure product compliance.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection and test results per customer requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability in accordance with AS9100 and ISO 13485 standards.

Cross-Departmental Support

• Communicate effectively with team members and members of other departments.

General

• Maintain a safe working environment, upholding a proactive safety culture by identifying and addressing potential hazards.

What You’ll Bring:

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to express ideas, share information, listen actively, and demonstrate professionalism in written and verbal communications.
• Promotes a sense of urgency to expedite work in the area.
• Ensure all internal and external customers receive positive service experiences.
• Ability to learn and comprehend blueprints
• Able to make effective and timely decisions.
• Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in various computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
