Summary/Objective

The Team leader designs and facilitates training for quality staff using company procedures, helping oversee the successful completion of projects and manufacturing best practices, work with the inspectors, tech’s on sort, rework ,containments, Parts incoming Inspection production quality functions as well as assisting Quality/Process/Manufacturing/Supplier Engineer personnel with any specific requests/Concerns.

Essential Functions
Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
Ensuring production Efficiency and Quality
To facilitate meetings, coordinate the agenda, review new procedures and rules maintain planning foresight and the business calendar.
Ensure that products and goods manufactured meet Quality standard.
Maintain the Material Review Area to ensure that all products are distributed in a timely manner.
Assign task to team members and give specific direction and procedures to follow.
Scheduling by doing so, they promote effective us of time and keep everyone informed on what is going on daily and in the future.
Managing look at what needs to be done and assign task to group members.
Initiates or suggests plans to motivate works to achieve work goals.
Maintain and process NCR containment.
Closed NCR’s
Process IPP TAG’s
Train and perform as a first responder for the assigned shift.
Other related task as assigned.
Graphs and reports.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department
Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Overtime required if needed and work on weekend if needed.
Travel

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Required Education and Experience

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
