Your responsibilities will include: Provides direction, coaching, and mentoring to quality technicians Provides technical guidance in identifying and resolving quality issues using engineering essentials and other related problem-solving tools and techniques Works closely with cross functional partners to establish support priorities Bachelor's degree with an Engineering or Science background Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality/operations or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of direct or indirect leadership experience with a passion for leadership and team development Understanding and working knowledge of Medical Device Quality Systems and Regulatory Requirements Experience in quality line support Experience in Medical Device industry Demonstrated achieving established goals Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities Good written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work independently under limited supervision Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple, cross-functional teams
