Quality Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead fulfillment quality operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role ensures inbound and outbound shipments meet company standards while supporting team development, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Onsite Shift

What You’ll Do
Lead daily fulfillment quality operations
Verify inbound and outbound shipment accuracy and labeling compliance
Perform quality control checks to ensure company standards are met
Supervise, coach, and develop quality team members
Resolve quality issues and escalate when needed
Maintain reporting and quality documentation
Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes
Promote safety, security, and ISO/QMS compliance
Drive continuous improvement efforts
What You’ll Bring
High School diploma or equivalent required
4+ years of experience in quality, fulfillment, warehousing, or distribution
Supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, or continuous improvement practices preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment
