What you’ll do

• Inspect incoming materials, first pieces, work in process, and finished products against drawings, specifications, and quality standards.


• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other equipment to check dimensions, fit, appearance, and labeling.


• Record inspection results accurately and maintain product traceability.


• Identify and contain nonconforming materials, communicate concerns, and support corrective actions.


• Help investigate recurring defects and improve inspection methods and work instructions.

What you’ll bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent.


• At least two years of hands-on quality inspection experience in manufacturing, or equivalent demonstrated proficiency.


• The ability to read drawings, specifications, work instructions, and control plans.


• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 practices and experience using inspection equipment.


• Clear communication, sound judgment, and a commitment to safe, accurate work.

Experience in automotive or another highly controlled manufacturing environment is especially valuable. Familiarity with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, or computerized quality systems is a plus.
