Summary

The outline   of these duties has some specific requirements. This position works closely   with all departments in a variety of areas to produce product for Apace.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ability to issue packaging batch records

2. Perform In-Process Inspections during production runs

3. Issue and return labeling to and from production

4. Verification of Line Clearance before and after   production

5. Assist in the training of new Quality Technicians 

6. Verify all batch records and components are correct   before production runs.

7. Assists in implementation of a “checks and balances”   system to ensure quality first, and department company consistency!

8. Ability to document properly and train mistakes in a   professional manner when requested.

9. Perform any job within our capabilities   that needs doing to secure our customers get the products and service they   deserve!

Requirements

Qualifications

Solid reading, writing, basic computer functions, and mathematics skills including decimals and fractions.

Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Read and interpret precise measuring instruments.

Ability to learn and yet maintain integrity with   peers during decisions that need to be made, and professional communications   are a must.

Teachable, accurate, neat, respectful of others, flexible, manage time well, punctual, reliable, responsible.

Problem solving, reading comprehension, inspection   and mathematic calculations.

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma   or equivalent is required.

1-2 years   quality experience preferred.

Language Skills

 English   

Ability to read and   interpret documents such as safety rules, GMP regulations and general   instructions.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and   written are required.

Mathematical Skills

Excellent reasoning ability and math skills   necessary for regulatory compliance.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to ask and learn is a must
