Quality Tech 

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Minimum Experience, Education & Skills Requirements 

• College degree preferred 

• H.S. Diploma or GED and 1+ year laboratory experience 

• Proficiency with Office 365 (primarily Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) 

• Reliable, Organized, Efficient, Attention to detail 

• Clear verbal communicator 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently 

• Able to multi-task and prioritize 

• Able to work independently and as part of a team 

Job Duties 

• Perform standardized tests on the product 

• Notify production and management immediately when product is out of specification 

• Assist in managing retain program 

• Create Retain samples for all inbound and outbound loads (for 6-month storage) 

• Complete paperwork as directed using good documentation practices 

• Monitor shared lab email inbox and make sure all emails are responded to in a timely manner 

• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace 

• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on lab equipment 

• Notify Lead and Quality Manager when supplies are running low 

• Provide information to production staff and management when requested 

• Communicate any safety or quality concerns with plant management and corporate quality 

• Keep lab neat and clean 

• Other duties as assigned 

Physical Requirements 

• Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, walk, reach, squat, push, pull, and climb stairs for extended periods of time 

• Must be able to work from elevated surfaces and/or in confined spaces for extended periods of time 

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
