Pay: $17.00-$19.00

Quality Technician Description: Quality technicians verify processes and manufacturing instructions to produce quality products that meet customers’ requirements. Executes established procedures in verifying and assuring quality processes and manufacturing standards. Performs data collection, analysis, and data verification.

Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining customer drawings and specifications.

Daily inspection of material being produced. Record data and information collected from inspection in computers/laptops.

Perform Incoming product inspections.

Inform the QA Supervisor and/or Director of Quality of any quality issues.

Special projects are to be assigned as the need arises.

Completes HOLD, and REWORK tags.

Ensure all finished products meet specifications.

Ability to edit all quality inspection sheets.

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of measurement techniques.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality system.

Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively while accurately and efficiently completing work promptly.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Ability to communicate techniques to employees.

Ability to operate Raytech.

1-3 years as a Quality Tech 1

Quality Technician Shift:

Monday-Thursday 4:00 am – 2:30 pm
