Quality Technician
Summary
Join Millennium Print Group as a QA Technician!
We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Technician to support quality inspection and auditing in our manufacturing operations. If you’re passionate about quality, accuracy, and producing world-class products, this is an opportunity to grow your career with an industry leader.
Location: Morrisville, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite, Night Shift 7pm - 7am on a 2,2,3,2 rotation basis
Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + full benefits package
What You'll Do:
Inspect products on production lines to verify quality standards and customer specifications
Review job jackets and product requirements for accuracy and completeness
Perform repetitive inspections to identify defects and process variations
Communicate non-conforming findings immediately to production teams
Document inspection results, audit findings, and corrective actions
Validate quality processes at critical control points
Prepare and file daily quality inspection and audit documentation
Ensure work-in-progress jobs are properly identified throughout production
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, SOPs, ISO requirements, and safety standards
Collaborate with production teams to support operational excellence
What You'll Bring:
High School diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience in Quality Inspection or manufacturing environments
Printing or production industry experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read and understand job specifications and work instructions
Basic computer skills including email, Excel, Word, and MIS systems
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
