Quality Technician Smart Glass Manufacturing

Schedule: 

• Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm

Pay:

• Starting: $24.50/hour


• 3 months: $25/hour


• 6 months: $26/hour

Responsibilities: 

• Perform product inspections at dedicated stations as units come off the production line.


• Conduct destructive laminated glass testing per established standards.


• Use precision tools (gauges, micrometers, LCR meters) for accurate measurements.


• Record and document inspection results and test data.


• Analyze quality metrics and assist in root cause investigations.


• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.


• Train staff on quality standards and proper use of inspection equipment.


• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

• Skills & Experience:




• Proficiency with inspection tools (tape measure, calipers, LCR meter)


• Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)


• Ability to interpret technical documents and use measuring instruments


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills


• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and Human Machine Interfaces


• Collaborate effectively with team members in English, Written and verbally




• Bonus: Military experience
