Job Duties to include but limited to:

Assist in Disposition of Scrap
Facilitate in setup of yearly PPAP studies (ensuring critical dimensions are centered, appropriate number of parts is collected, etc.)
Exhibit knowledge and understanding of GD&T
Operate multiple CMM's programmed with PC-DMIS
Read & Understand Manufacturing Blueprints
Assist engineering/quality/production departments by gathering data for continuous improvement activities
Provide and demonstrate thorough knowledge of quality lab during customer visits/audits
Maintain calibration cycle/log of CMM's in Mass Production Lab
Ensures probe logs are up to date on Mass Production CMM's
Establish a positive rapport and excellent communication with production leads and associates

Requirements:

Strong communication and computer skills
Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to floor, exert between 10 and 50 pounds on an occasional basis
Quality oriented & conscious
Always adheres to Company safety policies
Requires decision making skills
Exhibits characteristics of a good role-model
Reliable with excellent attendance record
Requires advanced training through in-house and/or external training methods
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am - 3:30pm, 3 of 4 Saturdays per month (OT), could be asked to come in 4 hours early or stay 4 hours late at a moment's notice on occasion
