Location: Tennille and Sandersville, GA


Schedule: Rotating Nights 7:45PM - 8:00AM 


Starting Pay: $18.25/hr and up DOE

Schedule


*Must be available to work the full training schedule for a duration of 2-3 weeks.




  • Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:00PM



  • Work Schedule: Night Shift: 7:45PM - 8:00AM 


  • Bi-weekly 2-2-3 schedule-



    • Week 1: Work Monday–Tuesday, off Wednesday–Thursday, work Friday–Sunday

    • Week 2: Off Monday–Tuesday, work Wednesday–Thursday, off Friday–Sunday




  




Position Details: 






  • Starting Pay: $18.25/hour PLUS $1.50/hr shift differential!








  • Referral Bonus: $500 after 90 days and $1000 after 180 days totaling $1,500.00 for a candidate that is hired 








  • Work Environment: Manufacturing, Non-Climate Controlled, Variable Temperatures, Team Oriented, On-The-Job Training 




 


 




Duties and Responsibilities: 






  • Conduct daily line audits to proactively correct defects and identify root cause corrective actions. 








  • Inspect and test manufactured goods to ensure safety and meet/exceed acceptable tolerances. 








  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, focusing on maintaining product integrity. 








  • Actively contribute to a fast-paced, high-speed environment, following standardized work and safe practices in a continuous improvement setting. 










  • Communicate effectively with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of high-quality products. 








  • Exhibit a team-oriented, goal-driven, and motivated approach. 




 




Education and Experience Requirements: 






  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within a manufacturing environment preferred








  • Must have working knowledge and skills using MS Office-Word and Excel 








  • Experience utilizing standard tools and product quality measuring devices is required 








  • Experience using quality lab equipment is a plus 








  • Ability to read, write and understand the English language 








  • Experience with using material specification and requirement check sheets 








  • Must have basic mathematical competencies 








  • Experience with SAP or ERP data management systems preferred 








  • Knowledge of root cause and corrective action processes and procedures is a plus 






 



 




  




Occupational and Physical Requirements: 






  • Recognize color spectrum and ability to distinguish between colors 








  • Must be able to move about manufacturing floor, bend, stoop, twist in performance of job duties 








  • Must be able to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs.  








  • Experience working in a team with demonstrated effective communication skills is required 








  • Flexibility to work Mandatory Overtime if needed

The compensation for this position will typically range from $18/hr. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
