Quick Hire - CNA/Behavioral Health Tech/Aide in Moosic, PA with $1000 Weekly Gross

Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking  CNA or Behavioral Health Aide for multiple travel / contract position in Moosic, PA. 

Position Details:

Position Name: CNA or Behavioral Health Technician/Aide 

Location: Moosic, Pennsylvania

Employment Type: Full-time, Travel, Contract, Temporary

Contract Length:13 weeks-Accepting travel candidates only

Pay Rate: $1000 weekly Gross pay based on a 40-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Inpatient mental health or behavioral health unit/s

Shifts available: Nights

Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed, 5 X 8-hr shifts per week, EOW. 

Position Requirements:

• 6 months of experience working as CNA or BHT with psych/behavioral health experience
  


• Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills
  


• Experience providing therapeutic rapport
  


• Excellent communication and observation skills
  


• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
  


• Physical ability to support patient care, including potential restraint use per policy
  


• Commitment to trauma-informed care and patient-centered practices
  

Education, License, and Certification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent - Required
  


• CNA license for PA or BcBA Certification - Highly preferred 
  


• BLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross - Required (Can be obtained upon offer)
  


• HWC Certification -or CPI Certification or Similar - Preferred (Can be obtained during orientation)
  

Job Description:

• Responsible for monitoring, observing and reporting client activities while providing structure and support of the clinical person-centered treatment plan.
  


• Provide assistance with Crisis Management, De-Escalation, and Restraints as needed
  


• Monitor and record patient vitals, and complete unit rounds as required.
  


• Provide Therapeutic support
