Quick Lane Advisor

Zeigler Ford of North Riverside is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Quick Lane Advisor to join our team. This position plays a key role in creating a smooth and efficient service experience by accurately recording customer concerns, coordinating with technicians, and keeping customers informed throughout the service process.

Compensation: $1,200 Bi-weekly w/$450 BI-weekly draw

Schedule: 7 AM – 6 PM (with 1 off day during week day), Saturdays hours 7 AM – 3 PM required

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Greet customers promptly and assess their service needs

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare accurate and detailed service orders and estimates

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Provide clear status updates to customers about their vehicles

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area

  
  


• 
  

  Handle customer questions and resolve issues promptly

  
  


• 
  

  Recommend additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  Experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager, or service consultant

  
  


• 
  

  Previous dealership experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong automotive knowledge and ability to identify problems quickly

  
  


• 
  

  Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellent service

  Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software

  Ability to understand new technology, repair, and service procedures

  Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
