Quick Lane Advisor

As a Quick Lane Service Advisor at Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln, you will be the main point of contact for our Quick Lane service guests.  Experience in the automotive job field is not required.  We are hiring highly motivated and customer-centric candidates from ALL fields!  We will train you and give you all the tools and knowledge needed to become an outstanding Quick Lane Service Advisor.

We offer our Quick Lane Service Advisors extremely competitive pay, in the range of $40,000 to $55,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of Quick Lane technicians to perform vehicle maintenance for our guests


• Use the technician’s inspection to notify your guest on the health of their vehicle


• Recommending all needed vehicle maintenance items to your guest


• Adding job lines to the repair order and making sure your team performs approved repairs


• Finalize the guests’ invoice and notify them when their vehicle is complete


• Cashiering the guest and handing their vehicle over to them


• Create an outstanding service experience for our guests


• Maintain professional personal appearance


• Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule


• Complete required advisor training assigned to you
