Starting pay is $3000 a month plus opportunity to earn commissions.

We are currently hiring a Quick Lane Customer Assistant to help deliver a fast, friendly, and professional experience for our service customers. No automotive experience? No problem — paid training is provided!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee flow of  Quick Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.


• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.


• Provide support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Friendly, organized, and professional attitude

· Strong communication and time management skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Valid driver’s license with good driving record
