Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Express Lube Advisor to serve as the vital link between customers and technicians. You’ll ensure customers feel valued, heard, and well-informed about their vehicle’s maintenance needs.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and identify their service needs

• Communicate customer concerns clearly to technicians

• Present recommended maintenance and repairs to customers with transparency and confidence

• Build trust while ensuring a positive customer experience

• Maintain proper documentation, including repair orders and service histories

• Manage workflow in a fast-paced Quick Lane environment

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion

Qualifications:

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor or Express Lube Advisor experience preferred

• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate with customers and technicians

• Strong time-management skills in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to type efficiently for repair order entry

• Basic computer proficiency and cost-calculation skills

• Basic mechanical understanding of automobiles

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

• Team player with a focus on delivering exemplary customer service
