What You will Do:

As an Express Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for quick service customers. Your mission? Deliver a wonderful experience, manage workflow, and help customers understand their service needs.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.


• Review and recommend maintenance and minor repairs.
  


• Provide accurate estimates and set service expectations.


• Keep customers updated on waiting times and repair status.


• Answer phones and assist with scheduling and inquiries.


• Communicate customer concerns clearly to technicians.


• Monitor open ROs and ensure timely completion of work.


• Create a High-Level Customer Experience 


• Represent the Ford brand and Shults name with excellence.

What We are Looking For:

• Experience in quick service, oil change, or light maintenance (preferred but not required)


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


• Eagerness to learn and grow into a full-Service Consultant role.


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
