This is an entry level position giving you the opportunity to learn the automotive industry. We are looking for candidates who are available for full-time hours, have proven customer service experience, and are enthusiastic about their work. The candidate must also have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, as moving vehicles through the shop is a required job duty.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome service customers in a prompt and friendly manner.


• Determine the time and which advisor will be leading the service of the vehicle.


• Discover the needs of the client and clearly articulate information to the Quick Lane Advisor


• Responsible for traffic control and direction guidance.


• Check out/cashier responsibilities for completed guest services


• Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Must be friendly, courteous, and have a positive attitude


• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills


• Must hold a valid driver's license and have clean driving record


• Must pass pre-employment background checks and Motor Vehicle Record.

This position works both indoors and outdoors, in a shop environment greeting customers in the service drive, standing and walking is required for up to 75% of work shift, and bending, twisting, and kneeling required primarily for getting in and out of vehicles.
