Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for automotive service? Stivers Ford Lincoln, Iowa's top-rated Ford and Lincoln dealership, is seeking an experienced Quick Lane Manager to lead our fast-paced, high-volume Quick Lane service center. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Quick Lane service center, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.


• Manage and mentor a team of technicians and service advisors to meet performance goals.


• Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service, quick turnaround times, and proactive communication.


• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain compliance with Ford standards and safety regulations.


• Analyze performance metrics, implement improvements, and achieve sales targets for services and parts.


• Collaborate with the dealership's service and sales teams to enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED


• Proven experience in automotive service management, preferably in a quick-service environment.


• Strong knowledge of vehicles and maintenance procedures.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.


• Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting while maintaining attention to detail.


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on experience, plus performance bonuses. ($70k-95K annually)
