Quick Lane Manager

Crest Ford Quick Lane is looking for an experienced, motivated Quick Lane Manager to lead our fast paced service and tire center!

If you have a passion for the automotive industry, strong leadership skills ,and a background in service advising or tires sales, we want to hear from you. 

Preferred Experience:

Automotive Service Advisor background

Aftermarket tire sales and service knowledge 

Strong customer service and team leadership

Ability to manage daily operations in a busy shop

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee Quick Lane service and tire department operations

Lead and support a team of technicians and advisors

Drive customer satisfaction and sales performance

Ensure smooth workflow and quality service standards
