Quick Lane Manager

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Quick Lane Manager to lead our busy 5-bay operation averaging 500 repair orders per month.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily Quick Lane operations


• Lead and develop technicians and advisors


• Drive customer satisfaction and retention


• Improve productivity, sales, and profitability


• Maintain Ford and dealership standards

Qualifications:

• Automotive service management experience preferred


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Proven track record in customer service and team performance


• Ford experience is a plus


• Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus
