Quick Lane Service Advisor

We are looking for a Quick Lane Service Advisor for our high volume maintenance department.

Responsibilities:

The service advisor is responsible greeting the customers setting a wait time expectations regarding

requested maintenance, documenting and advising of future service needs. They are the primary point

to contact the customer.

Requirements:

2+ years of automotive service experience.

Dealertrack experience highly preferred.

Ability to work in a fast environment.

Good Communication skills.

Valid FL driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
