Due to our continued growth, Kalispell Toyota is looking for talented individuals seeking opportunities for growth to join our Quick Lane Service Advisor Team. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality.

• $19.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Communicate with technicians, dispatchers, and customers efficiently, effectively, and continually


• Greet and acknowledge customers upon arrival, who are waiting, and at vehicle pick up


• Develop, follow-up on, and update repair orders


• Assist technicians with miscellaneous services as needed


• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and status on all documents, repair orders, and records


• Analyze quality control with appropriate staff


• Assist with overall team needs and maintaining the service drive and surrounding areas


• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer


• Perform other related duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Strong organizational skills, patience, and attention to detail


• Ability to work well independently and within a team


• Works well under pressure


• Proficient keyboarding skills


• Reading and writing comprehension


• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening


• Clean driving record


• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
