Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously


• Gather and document customer and vehicle information


• Accurately relay customer concerns and vehicle symptoms to technicians


• Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle age, mileage, and history


• Provide complete and transparent estimates for labor and parts


• Establish realistic follow-up times and keep customers updated on repair progress


• Monitor repair workflow and ensure timely completion of services


• Verify final invoices match the services performed


• Clearly explain completed work, recommendations, and charges to customers

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction


• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant (required)


• High energy level and positive attitude


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Commitment to a long-term career with a growing organization


• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism


• Experience with ADP software (a plus)
