Job Description - Quick Lane Service Advisor



The Quick Lane of Canton is looking to add another experienced Service Advisor to our team. As part of the Hines Park Automotive Group, there is a lot of room for growth and opportunity to develop your career. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and motivated to give our clients the best possible experience. Although a good portion of our business is Ford/Lincoln, The Quick Lane of Canton services all makes and models! We have a large book of clientele and repeat clients, and are still growing, so we are needing someone that can handle a fast paced environment and a decent work load.

Responsibilities




  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, transparent and effective service




  • Write accurate repair orders and get all clients approval before beginning work on their vehicles




  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer




  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled




  • Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers




  • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs




  • Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards




  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary




  • Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards




  • Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations




Qualifications




  • Organized and friendly personality




  • Time management skills




  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers




  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance




  • Basic knowledge of how a vehicle works




  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred, Ford or Lincoln experience is a plus!




  • Consistent record of service and sales success




  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results




  • Team oriented and self-motivated




  • Able to work with little supervision




  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
