Jim Shorkey Kia is growing — and so is our state-of-the-art service department! We’re looking for motivated Quick Lane Technicians who are ready to jumpstart their careers in the automotive industry. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements
• Inspect engines and top off fluids
• Replace batteries, wiper blades, and air filters
• Diagnose issues and assist mechanics with repairs
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment
• Keep accurate service records and maintain a clean work area

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Team-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused
• Familiarity with shop equipment (tire machines, alignment systems, diagnostics, etc.)
