Job Summary:

Learn the day-to-day business of the service department by assisting technicians in the diagnoses and repair of vehicles

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Assist technician in all areas

· Assist in diagnoses of problems

· Repair problems

· Day to day function of department

· Gain knowledge of vehicle line

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Technical ability

· Good interpersonal skills

· Willingness to learn

· Automotive related training

· Computer knowledge

· Dependable

· Good memory recall ability

· Ability to attain/retain Ford Master Certifications

Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma

· Automotive related training

Compensation Range:

· $ 20/hr
