Our service department is extremely busy and has an immediate opening for an experienced automotive service advisor or writer. We have been a family owned and operated business for 40 years.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers and check in their vehicle for repair.
• Communicate with technician on the progress of the customer's vehicle.
• Provide updates to the customer on the status of their vehicle.
• Provide guidance to the customer on the process of the auto repair or maintenance process.
• Advise customer on the recommended/needed service and cost for repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Service Advisor Requirements:

• A team player who is focused on providing above industry standard customer      service.
• Professional business attire.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills & detail oriented.
• Excellent  communication skills.
• Automotive dealership experience required.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• One year service advisor experience in the automotive industry preferred.
