Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise quick lube technicians to ensure high-quality service and timely completion of jobs.


• Coordinate daily workflow and scheduling to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.


• Train, mentor, and support team members to improve their skills and performance.


• Maintain equipment and inventory levels to ensure operational readiness.


• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and state regulations.


• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive quick lube services or similar automotive maintenance role.


• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Knowledge of automotive fluids, maintenance procedures, and safety standards.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.


• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
