We’re seeking a dedicated Express Oil Change Manager to lead our express service lane, ensuring quality maintenance which we hope will lead to an outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the express oil change and maintenance lane

• Train, coach, and supervise express service technicians

• Manage workflow to ensure timely service and satisfied customers

• Monitor and maintain inventory of parts, fluids, and shop supplies

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies

• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally

• Track performance metrics and recommend process improvements

Qualifications

• Prior automotive service or management experience required

• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and team leading ability

• Valid driver’s license
