• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment either alone or in a team environment. 


• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Owosso, MI job site.


• Willingness to learn and follow company policies and safety guidelines.

Quick Lube Service Technician Requirements:

• Ability to identify the problem quickly


• Knowledge of automobiles


• Effective analytical and communication skills


• Strong reading, computer, and mathematics skills


• Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications


• Comfortable operating electronic diagnostic equipment


• High school diploma or GED


• Technical degree preferred


• Minimum of 1 year in service department


• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Basic computer skills
