Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and light repairs in line with dealership and manufacturer standards


• Conduct thorough multi-point inspections on customer vehicles


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


• Assist with shuttle driving and porter duties


• Complete light building maintenance tasks as needed


• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate vehicle service status


• Engage in ongoing training to keep up with evolving automotive technology


• Demonstrate professionalism and superior customer service at all times


• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines


• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Basic automotive knowledge and some hands-on experience in a professional setting


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Over 21 years old


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Professional appearance and strong work ethic


• A team player with a can-do attitude and a drive to “Fix it right the first time”
