Key Responsibilities

As a Quick Lube Technician, you are the first line of defense in maintaining our customers' luxury vehicles. Your role includes: 

• Precision Maintenance: Performing oil changes, replacing filters, and lubricating fittings with exacting standards.


• Safety Inspections: Executing comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections and ensuring proper tire inflation.


• Fluid Management: Inspecting and topping off all essential fluids.


• Communication: Clearly communicating vehicle needs to teammates and service advisors.


• Customer Excellence: Maintaining a clean, professional workspace and prioritizing the customer’s perspective in every task. 

Qualifications

• Technical Aptitude: Basic automotive knowledge and a desire to learn luxury brand standards.


• Communication: Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team.


• Organization: Strong time management and basic computer skills.


• Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.


• Screening: Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check.
