Multi-Entity QuickBooks Accountant

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented accountant to manage QuickBooks accounting for multiple privately held businesses. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and wants a stable, long-term position in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Maintain accurate books for multiple entities

  
  


• 
  

  Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and balance-sheet accounts

  
  


• 
  

  Manage accounts payable, journal entries, and month-end close

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare financial reports and coordinate with outside accountants

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with occasional administrative projects

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Strong accounting and bookkeeping experience

  
  


• 
  

  Advanced working knowledge of QuickBooks

  
  


• 
  

  Experience managing multiple sets of books

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Real estate accounting experience is a plus

  
  

Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience, plus benefits.
