Quotation Specialist

• Support sales for all new quotes and return quotes in a timely manner.
• Assisting Engineering for better tooling cost.
• Estimate cost for component required from customer document.
• Maintain quoting records.
• Lead cost estimation efforts to ensure accurate cost analysis for customer-sponsored projects.
• Define problems, identify avenues of approach, and identify applicable resources and methods.
• Efficiently and effectively execute tasks within the project.
• Understand systems procurement and operations, statistical analysis, cost risk & uncertainty modeling, budget formulation, affordability analyses, cost benefit analysis, and other pertinent analytical experience.
• Additional projects/ roles/ responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or technical discipline strongly preferred
• Experience using Epicor is required
• Minimum 3-5 years successful purchasing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
