Since 1946, Capitol Group has been a leading distributor of plumbing, HVAC, industrial/mechanical, and kitchen and bath products in Illinois and Missouri.

If you are Interested in the opportunity to work for a growing company that is family owned and respected, Capitol Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven commercial quotations specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales and customer satisfaction by providing customers with plumbing and/or HVAC quotations.

This position's primary work location can be in any one of our St. Louis Metro locations: Belleville, IL; Hazelwood, MO; Fenton, MO; or O'Fallon, MO.

Responsibilities:

~Responsible for quotation of all commercial fixture projects in our market area.

~Confidently articulate product knowledge, explaining features and functions.

~Evaluate which products to quote on projects depending on specifications.

~Schedule deliveries and installations, address complaints, and provide customer follow-ups.

~Understand the nuances of competitor product offerings as wells as target audience and strategies.

Requirements:

~High school diploma or equivalent

~Experience working in an office environment performing administrative tasks

~Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office equipment
