Quotes Team Specialist - Office role

This position will work in support of onsite Commercial Maintenance Technicians and the office Quotes team. The day to day will consist of various tasks and responsibilities relating to creating and analyzing quotes for service and repair work.

Some maintenance experience in an office role is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate is self sufficient, thorough, an effective communicator (both written and oral), and is adept in multi-tasking and customer service. There will be a mixture of in person, electronic and telephone communication with internal staff and technicians as well as dialogue with customers and parts suppliers/manufacturers.

This position does require that the chosen candidate work from our office (Portland, TN) on Saturdays. A (4) 10 hour day type of schedule is an option as well as a more standard 8 hour schedule that will include Saturday from the office. There is potential that one or more days can be worked from employees home weekly.

Microsoft suite. problem solving and analytical skills. Some related experience in follow up, dispatch, maintenance, facilities. Work from Portland, TN office. Dependability. Ethics .
