This role will analyze processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing operations while maintaining quality and safety standards. This position is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities:
Focuses on line balancing, cycle time reduction, labor optimization, workstation design, and productivity improvement.
Works on process setup, SMT/THT assembly optimization, tooling, fixtures, and production troubleshooting.
Improves soldering, PCB assembly, testing, and manufacturing yield using SPC and Lean methods.
Lean / Continuous Improvement Engineer
Drives Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, waste reduction, and operational excellence projects.
NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer
Supports transferring new products from design to mass production and ensuring manufacturability.
Handles capacity planning, takt time analysis, headcount planning, and factory utilization.
Supply Chain / Planning Analyst
Coordinates material flow, inventory optimization, and production scheduling.
Focuses on defect reduction, root cause analysis, CAPA, IPC standards, and customer quality metrics.
Requirements:
Education/Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Experience
3+ years in similar position
3+ years working in electronic manufacturing

The expected pay rate for this position is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 depending on specific skills and work experience.
