Key Responsibilities:
Input and maintain accurate data records of inventory levels, including stock received, utilized, and remaining.
Process and manage customer orders within designated database systems.
Verify and update customer information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to reconcile inventory discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
Generate reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and other relevant metrics as needed.
Assist in maintaining data entry procedures and documentation for process improvement and compliance purposes.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to data entry guidelines and best practices to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with electrical terminology and products is desirable but not required.
